RESTRICTIVE USE AGREEMENT
1. OWNERSHIP
This software, including all source code, documentation, and associated materials (the "Software"), is the exclusive property of BIG Business Intelligence LLC ("Company"). No ownership rights are transferred to any party.
2. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or transmit the Software in any form
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code
- Use the Software for any commercial purpose without explicit written consent
- Sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
- Create derivative works based on the Software
- Use the Software to develop competing products or services
3. AUTHORIZED USE ONLY
Access to this Software is strictly limited to authorized users designated by the Company. Any other use is prohibited.
4. NO WARRANTY
The Software is provided "AS-IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. If you discover a gap in your stated values and do nothing, things will get worse.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Software.
6. TERMINATION
Any unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of the Software will result in immediate termination of any rights granted and may subject the violator to legal action.
